Jason Goodin is the absolute best (so is his wife, Debbie)! So far we have just purchased our new home with him and Jason was very attentive and responsive no matter what we needed. Jason is also very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things so that you understand before making a decision. In addition, Jason is very patient since we first contacted him before we were ready to start the buying process, he even responded to my initial corresopondence on Memorial Day weekend! We had reached out to a couple other realtors explaining where we were in the process only for it to fall on deaf ears. Jason however responded immediately and even invited us to a webinar that was very educational! Our next step will be to sell our previous residence and I am sure that will be a great experience as well. You will not regret using Jason and Virginia 1st Realty Group!
